Transparency! In a well run organization, transparency is another way of saying expert management. The CEO is so transparant with his vision for the company, and not only does the tasks come trickling down, but everybody knows what they and others need to get done. There is open communication and accountability. If you lack transparency, there can be problems galore. The vision for growth will die under a stack of progress reports, and there’s a very high chance that 2 people will have unnecessary overlap in their responsibilities, which will ultimately limit the potential of the organization.

From an organizational standpoint, transparency is key to growth. But what about from a personal level? How can the keys that expert companies use for growth be transferred over to help you as a person grow?

Don’t hold back how you feel… Instead learn how to express how you really feel to the people you can help that can eventually help you. The deeper you go into expressing yourself, the more transparant you will become. As you begin to express yourself more and more, and let your passions build a progressive vision, your thoughts and direction will evolve and birth innovation. Transparency allows people to get a better understanding of you, and the more transparant you are, the better you will understand yourself.

Let people know how you really feel, and let what you really care about guide you to the ideal audience to express yourself to. Soon a hockey stick learning curve will emerge and you will be thinking and expressing how you feel about what you love to people you never even thought you’d be in the same room with. The choice is yours, be closed, opaque and stagnant;

or transparent, open and constantly creating and building influential thought that will lead others to know you as YOU (not a timid person following the norms our predecessors created) because you’ve had a journey unlike anybody ever before!
